Remote Access FAQ

If you have access to the Firm network, please review the “Work Remotely with Citrix and DUO” QRC on the Learning Channel.

  1. If you do not have the “Citrix Workspace App” installed, use the “Citrix Workspace Download” link that pertains to your device on the FAQ page. Install the Citrix Workspace App.
  2. After installing, Go to https://remote.jonesday.com.
  3. Under Citrix, click the Login button.
  4. Click the link for the region that you are currently located.
  5. Enter your User name (not email address) and Network password. Then, click Logon and select your preferred DUO method.
  6. Follow any remaining Citrix Prompts.

This error indicates that you have typed either an invalid username or password. Please use your username (not email address) when authenticating. If the username and password were typed correctly your password may have expired and you should contact 6-help to resolve the issue. Please use the same password that you use to log into your workstation.

Yes. This functionality is available across VPN connections. VPN must be connected prior to any authentication attempts.

Multiple browsers are supported by Citrix. However, for the best experience, the Firm recommends using Chrome or Safari.
